About Me

Hi there! I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist- Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick and a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I moved to Fredericton at the age of eight and have since considered our little city my home. 

Being born in the Philippines and being an Egyptian/Filipina has allowed me to appreciate my bi-racial background and develop a strong understanding of the importance of individualized treatment. This is what I strive to apply in each session with clients. I have a strong passion for diversity and improving the mental health care system for underrepresented communities. 

Getting help can be a difficult step; it is for this reason that I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment to help meet each person's goals. A healthy mind paves the way for a healthy life.
