Yes, all sessions and communication including the first session is confidential. However, there maybe some limitations which we will go over together in the first session.
Individual Counselling (in person or virtual) $ 140/hour. EMDR sessions are between $155-$220 due to specialized training.

I have a 24 hr cancellation policy where a session's fee will be charged to cancellations made the day of appointment.
