Yes, all sessions and communication including the first session is confidential. However, there maybe some limitations which we will go over together in the first session. 

Individual Counselling (in person or virtual) $ 130/hour. EMDR sessions are between $140-$150 due to specialized training. 

Each session is 60 min. 

Typically the first session begins with a conversation around confidentiality and presenting concerns with the goal of collaboratively coming up with a plan for the rest of our sessions together. 

Yes. However, availability for sliding scale is limited and dependant on income. 

I have a 24 hr cancellation policy where a session's fee will be charged to cancellations made the day of appointment. 

Please check with your insurance provider whether counselling services are covered by your plan (sometimes referred to as clinical counsellor, counselling therapist, or psychotherapist). Currently, I am able to direct bill through bluecross, campus trust, and element but am registered with other major companies. Contact for more information!
